U.S. offers to fund farm conservation Farmers and landowners engaged in livestock or crop production in Arkansas have until April 19 to submit applications for funding help to implement conservation practices through the federal Environmental Quality Incentives Program’s Organic, Ag Energy and High Tunnel Initiatives for 2013.
