A 17-year-old Little Rock girl is accused of stabbing her boyfriend with a kitchen knife during an altercation Wednesday night.

Eureka Willis was arrested shortly before 7 p.m. on a charge of second-degree battery.

Police say Willis was involved in an altercation with her boyfriend at a residence in the 2200 block of south Scott Street when she "pulled out a kitchen knife and stabbed him in the right shoulder."

According to a police report, the victim had cuts on his left hand and around his neck.

Willis was cleared by the prosecutor's office to be tried as an adult despite being 17, according to the report.
