Part of NLR street reopens to traffic

Bishop Lindsey Avenue between Magnolia Street and Interstate 30 in downtown North Little Rock reopened to traffic this week, while the portion extending to Main Street remains closed, North Little Rock Chief City Engineer Mike Smith said.
