100 YEARS AGO March 23, 1913 More than 1,000 children participated in an Easter egg hunt at Forest park yesterday afternoon as guests of the Little Rock Railway and Electric Company. Prizes to the amount of $25 were offered and there was keen rivalry among the “kiddies” to find the prize eggs. R. Eick, superintendent of the company, had charge of the hunt and distributed the eggs over the park. ...
