100 YEARS AGO March 27, 1913 FORT SMITH — Summer weather, electrical storms, sleet, hail and snow have visited this city since 2 o’clock this morning, the most peculiar weather on record. Hail and sleet in immense quantities fell during a fierce electrical storm, which was followed by a heavy snow and rain.
