Judge cites publicity, moves trial of Gillean

The trial of Jack Gillean, a former University of Central Arkansas chief of staff charged in a test-cheating scandal, will be moved to Van Buren County from Faulkner County because of pretrial publicity about several former UCA officials who became “involved in the criminal justice system,” a judge has ruled.
