A Benton man was killed in a one-car wreck early Saturday in Saline County, according to a preliminary Arkansas State Police report.
The accident occurred about 2:16 a.m. in dry and clear conditions, the report states.
Authorities said Nick Miller, 30, was traveling south in a 2001 Chevrolet vehicle on Arkansas 5 about one mile north of the Garland County line. Miller was driving on a curve when his vehicle veered off the road and then overturned.
Miller was ejected from the vehicle and was taken by LifeNet to the UAMS Medical Center, the report states.
His death marks the 412th fatality in traffic accidents on Arkansas roads this year, according to preliminary reports.
