Man pulls gun on two during argument, police say

A North Little Rock man pulled a gun on two men during an argument late Sunday morning, authorities said.

Cary Price, 26, was arrested on charges including aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a certain person, carrying a weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Authorities were called about 11 a.m. to the 1400 block of West Short 17th Street, where the two victims reported they were in an argument with Price when he pulled out a handgun and then pointed it and threatened to kill one of them.

The second man stepped in front of Price and he continued to point the weapon, according to a North Little Rock police report.

He then got into a car and left. Police found the vehicle with Price in it only a couple blocks away, the report said.

Price was arrested and a search of the car revealed a handgun under the driver seat and a digital scale with marijuana residue on it between the two front seat, according to the report.

Price remained in the Pulaski County jail Monday morning with bail not yet set.
