Police are searching for two men after one man was beaten, chased and robbed Monday night along a Little Rock street.
The victim was walking out of the Kroger fuel station at 6420 Asher Ave. at 10:16 p.m. when he was struck on the right ear by an unidentified man, who then demanded that he give him his cell phone, according to a Little Rock Police Department report.
The victim got up and attempted to flee along Colonel Glenn Road but was chased down and beaten by the two men until they took the phone and fled toward the Exxon gas station near 36th Street and Colonel Glenn. Officers were didn't find them during a search of the area.
Both attackers were described as black males, standing 5 foot 8 and weighing 160 pounds. One was said to be wearing a white shirt, while the other was wearing black shorts and a red shirt.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
