Bank of the Ozarks Inc. has raised its quarterly cash dividend to 21 cents, up from 19 cents the previous quarter, the Little Rock-based lender said.
The company has increased its quarterly dividend in 15 of the past 16 quarters, including the past 13 straight quarters.
Additionally, the bank expects to release its third-quarter earnings at the close of business Oct. 10.
In the second quarter, Bank of the Ozarks earned $20.4 million, up almost 7 percent from $19.1 million in the same period the previous year.
