The Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department says lanes of westbound Interstate 30 in Little Rock will be closed periodically for a resurfacing project.
The department says crews will be resurfacing I-30 westbound between 65th Street and just west of Geyer Springs Road in Little Rock. The work will reduce westbound traffic to two and occasionally one lane.
The closures will be through Saturday morning, Oct. 12, between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. each day, weather permitting.
Traffic will be controlled using cones and warning signs.
