Power has been restored for more than 1,600 Entergy customers in west Little Rock who were without electricity Tuesday morning, the utility said.
The power failure covered an area north and south of Rodney Parham Road mostly east of Interstate 430. Several customers west of the interstate, including the Whole Foods grocery store, were also affected.
The cause of the power failure wasn't clear. It was reported about 8:40 a.m. and the electricity had been restored to all but eight customers by 10 a.m., according to the Entergy website.
