A Jacksonville man is accused of threatening to kill a woman in his neighborhood while stabbing a knife into the ground outside her home.
Kevin Andre Fultz was arrested Tuesday night on a charge of aggravated assault.
The victim told investigators a man went to the door of her home in the 100 block of Blakely Road before 8:45 p.m., and "stated that it was his house and that he was going to kill her" as he repeatedly stabbed a knife into the ground.
The victim provided a physical description of the assailant and police found Fultz a few doors down at his home on the same block. The victim then identified Fultz as the man who made the threat outside her door, the report said.
The report didn't indicate a motive for the purported crime.
Fultz remained in the Pulaski County jail Wednesday morning with bail set at $5,000.
