Harding announces graduate nursing program

SEARCY — Harding University has announced plans for a new Master of Science Nursing degree program.

The program will begin in the Carr College of Nursing in fall 2014 and is intended to prepare students to be family nurse practitioners.

The family nurse practitioner track offers advanced training for registered nurses in assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients in primary care settings such as clinics.

Harding is the largest private university in Arkansas with 6,295 students.
