Three people were arrested Sunday on accusations they broke into a Little Rock home and assaulted the resident with a tire iron.
Shamika Russell, 23, Erica Russell, 28, and Joe Wilson, 20. are each facing charges of aggravated residential burglary and first-degree battery.
According to separate arrest reports, the three suspects kicked in the front door of a residence in the 500 block of Rice Street in Little Rock and then attacked the homeowner with a tire-iron.
One report said Shamika Russell struck the victim "several times on the head causing severe cuts."
Police say Wilson at one point threatened to kill a neighbor who tried to intervene and break up the disturbance. Wilson is also charged with terroristic threatening.
The reports didn't disclose a possible motive for the attack.
All three suspects remained in the Pulaski County jail Monday morning with bail not yet set.
