According to an email released by Lt. Gov. Mark Darr’s office, a Darr representative consulted with Assistant Attorney General Dennis Hansen on Oct. 18 about whether Darr was required to disclose his personal cellphone number in response to an open-records request by administration critic Matt Campbell, who operates the Blue Hog blog. A Tuesday article about Campbell’s Freedom of Information Act lawsuit seeking to force Darr to disclose the phone number should have stated that Darr did not seek a formal opinion from the attorney general’s office about whether he should disclose the number.

Rogers aldermen declined to participate in an Oct. 21 settlement conference at the federal courthouse in Fayetteville for a wrongful-termination lawsuit. The wrong date was included in an article Wednesday about the status of the case.

Ned McWherter was a former governor of Tennessee. McWherter’s state was incorrectly identified in an article in Wednesday’s editions about William Bynum of Jackson, Miss., receiving the 2013 McNulty Prize for his Hope Community Credit Union.

Jerrica Chika is a nursing student at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Chika’s school was misidentified in a photo caption Wednesday about flu shots being given at the State Fairgrounds.
