An Arkansas State Police spokesman said a wreck involving a tractor-trailer and a car occurred about 6:10 p.m. in the northbound lanes near the Shackleford Road exit. One northbound lane is open, and southbound traffic is moving freely, the spokesman said. Initial reports indicate that the injuries are believed to be minor.
