Shell station robbed at gunpoint in Little Rock

Police are looking for a man who robbed a gas station in Little Rock at gunpoint Wednesday night.

The gunman entered the Shell station at 10100 N. Rodney Parham Road shortly after 8:15 p.m., pointed the weapon at a clerk and demanded money, according to a Little Rock Police Department report.

After getting the entire cash drawer from the register, the man fled with it north on foot from the station. Police didn't release how much money was taken.

The robber is described as a black man who stood about 5-foot-7, weighed about 180 pounds and wore black pants and a white hoodie with a red pattern on the front. A mask covered half the man's face, police said.

The Little Rock crime map shows the same gas station has now been robbed three times in less than a month after previous holdups on Aug. 28 and Aug. 14.
