Armed robbers demand cash from couple, 'grope' woman

A man and his girlfriend were robbed at gunpoint early Friday by a group of robbers who also pulled down the man's shorts and groped the woman while searching for more items to take, authorities said.

It happened shortly before 1 a.m. at an apartment complex at 15 Southern Hills Circle as a 27-year-old man and his 27-year-old girlfriend were walking across the parking lot, according to a Little Rock Police Department report.

The victims told police that four men, including one who was armed with a revolver, quickly came up from behind and demanded "all the money," the report said.

The robbers took the man's wallet, removed the cash and then threw it down before searching him for more property, "pulling down his shorts in the process," according to the report. They found and took his iPhone 5.

The robbers also took the woman's handbag and searched her as well, "groping her as a result," the report said.

The robbers fled southeast from the area. Police searched but did not find them.

The robbers are all described as black men between 23 and 26 years old. One stood 6-foot-4, weighed 160 pounds and wore a white T-shirt and bluejeans; another stood 6-foot-1, weighed 160 pounds and wore a white T-shirt; the third stood 6-foot-1 and weighed 160 pounds; and the fourth stood 5-foot-10 and wore a white T-shirt, police said.
