Four people have been arrested after a pursuit of a stolen car on Interstate 30 on Monday morning.
Arkansas State Police spokesman Bill Sadler said in an email that troopers about 7:30 a.m. began chasing the gray Chevrolet Impala that was believed to be stolen from the Little Rock area.
Sadler said the Impala exited I-30 at Alcoa Road in Bryant, continuing along the service road until the Raymar Road overpass.
There, four occupants got out and fled the car, authorities said. They were all found and arrested before 8 a.m., Sadler said.
The names of the suspects haven't been released. All four were taken to the Saline County jail.
"At this time the investigation is continuing and charges have yet to be filed," Sadler wrote in the email.
Scanner traffic indicated the chase reached speeds of 80 mph, although there was no immediate confirmation of that report.
