Southbound lanes on Interstate 430 in Little Rock will be closed overnight this week for road improvements, highway officials said in a statement Monday.
Construction crews will be re-striping areas of I-430 southbound, between the Markham Street and Shackleford Road overpasses, the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department said.
Southbound traffic will occasionally be funneled into one lane, the department said.
Work will occur each night from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Tuesday through Friday, officials said. Motorists are asked to be cautious when traveling through work zones.
