Jimmy Buffett is returning to Verizon Arena for a show this December, officials said Thursday.

Buffett, who played to a sold-out crowd at the North Little Rock arena last year, will return for another concert Dec. 7 at 8 p.m. It's part of the popular singer's "Songs From St. Somewhere" tour.

Tickets, which range from $48.50 to $159, go on sale at 10 a.m. Sept. 27.

"The Verizon Arena is thrilled to have Jimmy Buffett return to Arkansas," arena general manager Michael Marion said in a statement. "His last show was a true spectacle that had everyone wanting more."

Buffett's new record, after which the tour is named, debuted this month at No. 4 on Billboard's top 200 albums.
