Pine Bluff man arrested in teen's fatal shooting

A 28-year-old Pine Bluff man has been arrested in the shooting death of a teen found dead Monday night after authorities responded to a report of shots fired.

Emmanuel Foster was booked into the Jefferson County jail shortly after 3 a.m. on a charge of first-degree murder.

Corey Lee, 19, was found dead under a carport at 1719 S. Linden St. about 9:30 p.m., according to a Pine Bluff Police Department report.

Police said there were reports several shots were fired and that the house was also hit. No other injuries were reported.

The motive for the shooting wasn't immediately clear.
