100 YEARS AGO April 2, 1914 After he had taken 13 drinks of whiskey, and spent all of his money but $13, Allison Davis, whose full nomenclature consists of 13 letters, was arrested at Fourth and Center streets last night by Patrolman Haynie, who wears badge No. 13, charged with being drunk and disorderly.
