Voices and Faces’ Ream to talk in LR

Anne Ream, a Chicago-based writer and the founder of the Voices and Faces Project, will speak Thursday at the University of Arkansas’ Clinton School of Public Service in Little Rock.

Ream is the co-founder and workshop facilitator for The Stories We Tell, North America’s first testimonial-writing program for survivors of sexual violence, domestic violence and human trafficking.

Her new book Lived Through This chronicles the stories of rape and sexual violence survivors who have been shaped but refuse to be defined by their histories of violence.

A book signing will follow the noon lecture in Sturgis Hall. Seats can be reserved by emailing publicprograms@ clintonschool.uasys.edu or by calling (501) 683-5239.
