Emily Christine Parker and Jacob David Raine exchanged marriage vows at 6 p.m. Saturday, March 29, in Fellowship Bible Church with the Rev. Jim Hudson officiating.

Parents of the bride are Gigi and Dan Parker, 6600 Studer Road. Her grandparents are Sue and the late Glen Chambers, and Christine and the late Dr. Orlie Parker, all of North Little Rock.

The groom is the son of Ruby and Michael Raine, 7 Chalmette Court. He is the grandson of Alvenia and Stanley Hood, Columbia, S.C., and Joyce and William Raine, Gig Harbor, Wash.

The aisle was lined with wooden boxes made by the father of the bride and filled with spring flowers. The chancel held a pair of columns holding urns filled with roses, hydrangeas, dahlias, larkspur, anemones and curly willow in shades of pink, peach, cream and gold. Music was by pianist Alan Price and soloist Ashley Briggs.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a strapless gown of ivory satin with an overlay of netting embellished with lace appliques, pearls and sequins. A band of Swarovski crystals edged the bodice’s sweetheart neckline, and the skirt extended to a chapel train. She carried a bouquet of white anemones, ranunculus, peach garden roses, pink peonies and dahlias.

Serving as the bride’s honor attendants were her sisters, Katelyn Parker and Anna Parker, both of Little Rock. Bridesmaids were Shannon Donahue, Paisley Sowell and Rebekah Raine, sister of the groom, all of Little Rock; Meagan Kinley of El Paso, Texas; Caroline Richardson of Eagle River, Alaska;Caitlin Hagans of Dallas; and Andrea Collins and Kayleigh Lewellyn, both of Conway. They wore peacock silk chiffon A-line dresses and carried bouquets of ivory and pink stock with seeded eucalyptus.

Flower girl was Mallory Burgeis of Monticello, and ring bearer was Will Parker of Little Rock, both cousins of the bride.

Josh Raine of Tulsa served as his brother’s best man. Groomsmen were Tyler Deacon, Andrew Myers, Kyle Smith, Dustin Ward, Chris Chandler and Lee Parker, brother of the bride, all of Little Rock; Casey Cooper and Tyler Weddle, both of Fayetteville; Tucker Gilbert of Richmond, Texas; and Stoney Patton, of Scurry, Texas. Guests were seated by John Williams of Buena Vista, Colo.; Tanner Bass of Fayetteville; and Chad Emmons of Arkadelphia.

Guest tables at a reception in Next Level Events alternated floral arrangements of spring flowers and branches holding tea light candles, short vases filled with wedding flowers surrounded by candles, and seeded eucalyptus and flowers wrapped around candles. Assisting were Elizabeth Craig of Little Rock, Courtney Efurd of Rogers and Emily Noble of Conway.

The bride has a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. She is a creative copywriter at Mangan Holcomb Partners.

The groom has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia. He is a general agent at American Income Life.

The couple will make their home in Little Rock after a honeymoon in Cancun, Mexico.
