A wreck in one of Little Rock's busiest intersections caused major traffic problems Tuesday morning.
A collision between a pickup and a car blocked Shackleford Road, northbound and southbound, at Interstate 630 as well as backing up westbound I-630 during the morning rush hour.
All westbound I-630 traffic at 7:40 was being diverted to northbound Shackleford Road.
Eastbound traffic traveling from Financial Centre Parkway to I-630 was not affected.
The Arkansas Online live traffic map showed the area had cleared up later Tuesday morning.
Initial reports indicated that the wreck caused injuries, and two ambulances were on the scene, but no information on the extent of the injuries was immediately known.
