Bridge repairs to shut U.S. 67 lanes in Jacksonville

Bridge repairs will require lane closures on U.S. 67 in Jacksonville next week, the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department announced Friday.

The lane closures run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

Crews will repair the Redmond Road overpass in Jacksonville, closing the northbound, outside lane on U.S. 67 between mile markers 6 and 9, the department said.

The repairs are needed after a recent traffic accident, the Highway Department said.
