James Osborn of Atkins, pictured with his wife Cynthia, won $1 million after buying a $20 "Platinum Payout" lottery ticket at the Phillips 66-PDQ North in Russellville, the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery said Monday.

James Osborn of Atkins won $1 million after he bought a $20 lottery ticket at the Phillips 66-PDQ North, 2403 N Arkansas Ave., in Russellville.

Osborn was a "Platinum Payout" ticket holder, the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery said in a news release Monday.

The release states that Osborn plans to add his winnings to his retirement savings.
