By The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

This article was published April 15, 2014 at 11:27 a.m.

For recipes that can be mixed and matched to create a vegetarian Easter dinner, or serve as meatless side dishes, read Wednesday’s Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Food section.
