When it comes to Easter entrees, ham and lamb reign supreme for meat eaters but many people are choosing to eat less meat these days. And that means planning a menu such as Easter dinner, which traditionally centers on a platter of meat, can be a real challenge, especially for those new to vegetarian cooking, writes Kelly Brant.
