Investor to speak at Clinton School

Alberto Chang-Rajii, the president and founder of Grupo Arcano, a private-equity and venture-capital firm focused on developing companies in the fields of energy, natural resources and innovative technology, will speak Tuesday at the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service.

Chang-Rajii focuses on investing in people, following a passion for innovation and a vision to excel through networking, while seeking to help improve communities. He is a Miami board member of Endeavor, an international, nongovernmental organization that provides a network for entrepreneurs.
