Leah Paige Grimes became the bride of Zachary Robert Payne at 6:30 p.m. Friday, April 11, at the Villa Marre. The Rev. Paul McClung of Sherwood officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Jamie Coburn of Little Rock and Chris Grimes of Jacksonville. She is the granddaughter of Patricia Jones, also of Little Rock, and Juanita Grimmett and the late Robert Grimes, both of Maumelle.
The groom is the son of Jeanie Kilgore of Little Rock. He is the grandson of Jackie and the late John Kilgore of Little Rock and Ann and Robert Payne of Spring, Texas.
Guest chairs on the center aisle were decorated with red roses tied with red satin ribbon.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a white Vera Wang ball gown with an asymmetrically draped satin bodice and a full tulle skirt with a beaded crystal sash at the waist. She carried a bouquet of red roses.
Maid of honor was Devin Payne of Chicago. Bridesmaids were Natalie Edwards of Daytona, Fla., sister of the bride, and Rania Abdin of Little Rock. They wore A-line strapless dresses of red satin with sweetheart necklines and carried bouquets of white roses.
Groomsmen were Kenneth Ryan Driggers of Alexander and Kyle Graves of Little Rock.
A reception at the Villa Marre followed the ceremony. Guest tables were centered with red roses in silver champagne buckets. Assisting was Alysia Todd.
The bride has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and a master’s degree in counseling psychology from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. She was a member of Psi Chi International Psychology Honor Society and is a primary therapist.
The groom has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from UA and is an engineer for Dassault Falcon Jet.
The couple will live in Little Rock after a wedding trip to St. Lucia.
