PINE BLUFF - Pine Bluff police are searching for a man they say robbed the Bank of Star City at 3100 S. Camden Road in Pine Bluff on Monday.
Officers responded to a robbery call at the bank just after noon, according to a news release. The robber was described as a white man with a mustache and thin beard. He was wearing a dark toboggan cap, aviator-style sunglasses, a black leather jacket and dark denim pants.
Police said the robber approached a teller inside the bank, pulled up his shirt to reveal a chrome handgun, then demanded money. The teller complied, and the robber left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police said the man was last seen on foot running northeast toward 28th Avenue.
