We have this update from Rector Phillips Morse agent Maury Mitchell, who is handling the sale of Packet House Grill, 1406 Cantrell Road, Little Rock. The owner, Betty Richards, is selling the land, the building and the restaurant effects and equipment therein; it’s listed at $1.8 million and Mitchell says there has been some interest. The phone number on the for-sale sign out front, if you’re interested, is (501) 664-7807.

And this update from gallery co-owner Kyle Boswell, one of the owners of the Ice House Center, 2601 Kavanaugh Blvd., Little Rock, where Rocket 21 was before it moved to North Little Rock: The sign out front says the space is for rent, not for sale. We’ll keep you posted.
