Work on a median wall on Martin Luther King Expressway in Hot Springs will require lane closures starting next week, state highway officials said Friday.
Crews cleaning and clearing drains along the median wall on U.S. 70 and U.S. 270 will need to close parts of the eastbound and westbound inside lanes to give workers space to operate, the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department said.
The eastbound lane closures will run from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Thursday and again May 5, highway officials said.
The westbound lane closures will occur May 5-May 9 and May 12, the department added.
Traffic will be controlled using cones and warning signs.
