100 YEARS AGO April 28, 1914 Annie Haynes, the negress who accompanied her sister to jail Saturday night and took with her a barn yard menagerie, consisting of a chicken, a dog and a cat, and also a two-months-old baby, was released in Police Court yesterday morning after she had convinced Judge Isgrig that she was guilty of no other offense than sisterly love.
