June’s end set to shut down monitor office

U.S. District Judge D. Price Marshall Jr. on Tuesday directed the federal Office of Desegregation Monitoring to shut down its operation, effective June 30. The office has tracked school desegregation efforts in Pulaski County school systems for more than two decades.
