House GOP weighs new immigration bills

WASHINGTON — House Republicans pushed legislation on Friday that would clear the way for eventual deportation of more than 500,000 aliens brought here illegally as children and address the surge of aliens at the U.S.-Mexico border.

Votes were expected late Friday.
