An inspection of the U.S. 70 bridge over Gulpha Creek and Malvern Avenue in Garland County, just east of Hot Springs, will require lane closures Monday, Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department officials said Friday.
The eastbound, outside lane will be closed from 9 a.m. to noon, and the westbound, outside lane will be closed from noon to 3 p.m. while the work is performed.
Traffic will be controlled using barrels and warning signs, and officials urge drivers to be cautious when traveling through the work zone.
