LITTLE ROCK — The Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department has scheduled two public meetings next week to discuss transportation needs and potential improvements in central Arkansas.
The areas involved in the discussions are Interstate 30 from I-40 to I-530, including the Arkansas River Bridge, and I-40 from JFK Boulevard to U.S. 67.
The meetings, each set for 4 p.m. and expected to last about three hours, will be Tuesday at the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce, 100 Main St., and Aug. 14 at the Comfort Inn & Suites Presidential, 707 I-30 in Little Rock.
