Daisy, a Nigerian dwarf goat.

JONESBORO — A 4-year-old dwarf goat named Daisy has been stolen from an Arkansas college's petting zoo.

The Jonesboro Sun reported that the Nigerian dwarf goat was taken from Arkansas State University's Bill and Alice Nix Petting Zoo. Daisy is chocolate brown with a light brown chest and ears.

The farm's director, Mike Johnson, said Daisy was the petting zoo's only dwarf goat. He said Daisy was secured in the petting zoo area and that she couldn't have gotten out. She was taken sometime between noon and 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.

No suspects have been identified yet.

What? Only goat! Goats are herd animals and need to live in pairs or more. Daisy probably escaped in search of companionship.
