Crews performing a routine bridge inspection will require lane closures on Interstate 30 in Saline County this week.
The bridge over the Saline River, west of Benton near mile marker 114, will be inspected, causing the eastbound and westbound outside lanes of Interstate 30 to be closed, Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department officials said.
The eastbound, outside lane closure will occur between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Tuesday, and the westbound, outside lane closure will be between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Wednesday.
Traffic will be controlled with barrels and warning signs.
