A 35-year-old Little Rock man is accused of using a kitchen knife to cut his wife during an argument Tuesday night at their home.
Nicolas Romero is facing a charge of second-degree domestic battery.
Little Rock police say they were called to the couple's home in the 4200 block of Holt Street about 7 p.m.
According to an arrest report, the victim told investigators she was arguing with Romero when he "cut her with [a] kitchen knife on both arms and legs."
The report didn't indicate the severity of the lacerations or what started the argument.
Romero remained in jail Wednesday morning with bail not yet set. A court date is set Tuesday.
