I-30 drainage fixes at Crooked Creek meeting’s topic

State highway officials will hold a public hearing next week to discuss plans to decrease flooding concerns on Interstate 30 near Crooked Creek in south Pulaski County.

The plans include clearing the creek channel to improve drainage, the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department said Friday. The meeting, where the public may view displays, ask questions and offer comments, will be held from 4-7 p.m. Thursday in the fellowship hall of Geyer Springs First Baptist Church, 12400 I-30 in Little Rock.
