BOONEVILLE — Booneville police say they're searching for three people involved in a residential shooting.

Police Chief Albert Brown told The Southwest Times Record that Tommy Johnson was shot at his home Saturday evening. Brown said three people knocked on Johnson's home and then shot him with a .22-caliber pistol. He said Johnson suffered a superficial wound in his arm and refused medical treatment.

Brown said he was unsure of Johnson's age. He said four people were at the home during the shooting.

No arrests have been made. Brown said the investigation is ongoing.
