Pine Bluff police name 2 suspects in June shooting

The Pine Bluff Police Department is searching for two men who are accused of being involved in a shooting outside of a barber shop in June.

Police have named Deundra Harris, 21, and Brandon White, 20, as suspects in a shooting that critically injured Andrew Lawson, 26, outside of the Head Hunters Barber Shop at 3209 S. Main St.

Lawson was riding his skateboard outside of the McDonald’s restaurant at 2819 S. Olive St. around 1 a.m., when he was forced into a tan sport utility vehicle, ArkansasOnline previously reported.

The SUV stopped outside the barber shop, where Lawson was shot twice and struck in the head with a gun several times.

White is described as black with black hair and brown eyes, standing about 5 feet 9 inches. Police said he is known to carry a black handgun.

A third suspect, Azeez Muhammad, 20, of Pine Bluff has already been arrested in connection with the shooting, police said.
