Couple held in woman's rape in Little Rock

A man and a woman described as a couple in arrest reports have been charged in the rape of a woman early Wednesday in Little Rock.

Kenyatta Willis, 39, and Charlotte Miller, 33, are each facing a charge of rape, a Class Y felony. Willis is also facing charges of fleeing and aggravated assault.

Little Rock Police Department arrest reports say the rape occurred early Wednesday morning at an apartment building on Scott Street in downtown Little Rock. Willis and Miller live in separate units in the building, according to information posted on the Pulaski County jail online inmate roster.

A Little Rock Police Department incident report indicates the victim said Willis "forced her to have anal and oral sex" with him and that she was "forced to perform oral sex on Miller as well."

The victim reportedly said she waited for Willis to fall asleep before calling authorities. According to the report, officers were in the building's lobby when Willis fled from the building. He was chased into a nearby parking deck and arrested.

Both Willis and Miller were being held in the Pulaski County jail Wednesday afternoon with bail not yet set.
