A Bella Vista man won $1 million this month on a $2 Powerball game ticket, the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery said Thursday.
David Dahlqvist bought the lucky ticket at the Casey’s General Store 3264, 2 Riordan Road in Bella Vista, and won the money in the Aug. 9 drawing, lottery officials said.
David Dahlqvist told lottery officials he’ll use the money to pay a few bills and save the rest for a rainy day.
