Crochet for Beginners

Bridge Tournament
HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE — The Village Card Club will hold its Silver Lode Sectional bridge tournament Friday through Sunday at Casa de Carta. The tournament is open to all novice and intermediate 0-500 nonlife master duplicate-bridge players, who will compete with players at their level. Games will begin at 9:30 a.m., 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The fee to play is $11 per game for American Contract Bridge League members and $14 for nonmembers. HOT SPRINGS — The Hickory Hill Park Gospel Music Singing will be held Saturday in the park’s outdoor amphitheater at 216 Bryant Road, outside of Hot Springs. BRYANT — Relay for Life of Saline County will host its fifth annual Celebrity Waiter fundraiser from 5-8 p.m. at Larry’s Pizza.
